Natalie Roitman
EQ Gym for Teachers
Natalie is the Greater China Regional Director in Six Seconds, developing a network of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) teachers, trainers and coaches. She is a master trainer in EQ and an EQ coach who has been working in China since 2006, training education organizations, parents, and corporations. Six Seconds is a global network of EQ practitioners with the vision of supporting a billion people practicing the skills of emotional intelligence to create a world with more awareness, connection, and purpose.
Natalie has broad experience in cross-cultural training, train-the-trainer courses, group facilitation and team building, organizational development consulting, and leadership assessment and development. Fluent in five languages, Natalie works and trains in English, Chinese, and Hebrew. She designs and localizes EQ content into different languages and cultures. She lived and worked in China for 13 years.
In 2013, Natalie opened a kindergarten in China, integrating Montessori and Social-Emotional Learning.
Prior to joining Six Seconds, Natalie worked at the New Leaders Group (NLG) for 10 years. She was the COO, Learning & Product Manager, and Business Development Manager. NLG is a leader in applied business psychology in China. Founded in Beijing in 2000, NLG delivers the deep insights that enable clients to make Responsible People Decisions.
As a teenager living in Israel, Natalie trained young people to develop self-awareness, teamwork, and commitment to contribute to society, fostering democracy and peace.
Natalie graduated from Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a BA in Sociology & Anthropology and Chinese studies, graduating Cum Laude. She has a diploma in Chinese from Beijing University (Beida).
